		<description><![CDATA[Although I have not been reporting all my food intake. I have been doing fairly well, eating several times a day, comsuming fewer calories and less sugar. 		<description><![CDATA[Yes, those are the exact words of my new doctor.  With a BMI of 31.5 I am obese.  He also said the words &#8220;increased risk of breast cancer, ovarian cancer, etc.&#8221;   So what am I going to do about that?  I am going to eat right and and exercise.  Nothing fancy, just right. 		<description><![CDATA[Exercise &#8211; I skipped the gym and opted to clean my house at 5:45 this morning.
Breakfast &#8211; 1 slice 9 grain bread, 1 tlbs peanut butter, 1 cup papaya and blueberries
Snack &#8211; nuts and raisins
Lunch &#8211; 2 slices 9 grain bread, 2 slice turkey, 1 lauging cow, 1/2 avocado, 1 ff, sf pudding
